Modern Sophistication meets Midcentury Charm - this humble 1,400 sf home both doubled in size while preserving the vibrant charm of the existing red brick structure.

The existing home, built in 1952, was a 3 bed, 2 bath home which encapsulated the luxuries of the era. Hoping to breathe new life into the home, our client wanted to reincorporate as much of the existing structure, while doubling the interior size and adapting the plan to fit modern life.
